NEW ROLE: CORPORATE COMMERCIAL LAWYER
HERTFORDSHIRE REGION – PERMANENT POSITION
Award winning and Lexcel accredited Hertfordshire law firm is looking to develop a specialist corporate/ commercial practice area with the recruitment of a corporate & commercial lawyer to join this long established law firm in Hertfordshire.
While the firm currently obtains instructions and advises on corporate & commercial law matters, it is looking to develop this into a specialist practice area with the recruitment of a corporate commercial lawyer to take a leading role in the development of such practice area.
This law firm offers a supportive and friendly workplace and the opportunity for career progression.
Candidates will need to have experience of working on and running a variety of corporate transactions and commercial law matters, such as:
- acquisitions and disposals (share and asset sales);
- joint ventures and shareholders agreements;
- commercial contracts and terms and condition of business; and
- general corporate & commercial law matters.
Experience in other commercial practice areas may also be beneficial for the role.
