This healthcare technology company is looking for an experienced legal counsel to head-up their legal function.
For this role you will have solid experience advising on a broad range of technology contracts in particular SaaS and Service Legal Agreements and have a good understanding of the regulatory and commercial issues relevant to the healthcare/life sciences/pharmaceutical sector.
You will have a minimum of 15 years' experience have solid experience in a broad range of work including tech, IT services, commercial, regulatory and compliance and litigation. You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have ideally gained experience In-House of the healthcare space.
