An opportunity has arisen to join the Perth office of this firm, with genuinely good career progression prospects for an experienced and ambitious Private Client Solicitor/Associate.
You will manage a busy caseload of executry matters, including meeting with clients and taking instructions, gathering information on the deceased’s estate, drafting and preparing the inventory, realising estate assets, dealing with some IHT, and finalising executry administration.
