The Role:
The successful candidate will be fundamental to the growth and development of the business and will play a strategic role. Working closely with the General Counsel, the Founder and the Debt Finance and Credit teams responsibilities will include:
- Managing a number of finance transactions simultaneously
- Working with actual and prospective borrowers to agree deal structures
- Advising the Debt Finance and Credit teams to ensure structures of deals are compliant
- Managing internal and external lawyers on the drafting of finance documents
- Managing junior members of the team both in the UK and internationally
The Candidate:
To be considered for the role you will ideally:
- Be a qualified Solicitor
- Have extensive experience in a wide range of finance transactions including leveraged and real estate finance
- Enjoy working in a strategic and fast paced environment
