- LPA's
- Estate Planning
- Trusts
- Court of Protection Matters
The Applicant:
- Confident managing their own caseload with sufficient quality and care
- Keen eye for detail
- Currently working in a similar post
- Confident Client Care Skills
The firm will consider a wide range of applicants from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners with a minimum of 3 years of experience running files independently.
