Senior Corporate Immigration Associate Solicitor.
Our client, a Top 100 international law firm with a successful Employment Team, is looking for an exceptional Senior Corporate Immigration Associate Solicitor.
Working with the firm's diverse client portfolio, including the key senior stakeholders of some of the world's major companies, the successful candidate will provide transactional and advisory assistance on a range of corporate immigration issues, including sponsorship and compliance, the sponsorship management system, visa applications, European free movement rights and applications, settlement and citizen applications, training on immigration compliance to clients, and the prevention of illegal working.
In addition, the successful Senior Corporate Immigration Associate Solicitor will be expected to advise on employment risks in immigration situations such as unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Therefore, immigration litigation would be an asset.
To be considered for this unique and exciting position based in London, applicants should be fully qualified Corporate Immigration Solicitors with at least 7 years' PQE gained from another City law firm or large regional firm. Demonstrating technical excellence and displaying strong client development skills, they must also possess sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills.
