Commercial IP & IT vacancy - fantastic Exeter practice !

Our client, a leading Exeter firm, has just announced this new vacancy for an ambitious qualified Solicitor to join their already very successful and growing Intellectual Property and Information Technology team. This is a really interesting opportunity where you will be assisting the current team with a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious IP and IT Law issues for a wide-ranging client base stretching across the UK and overseas. The work is top quality, challenging Commercial IP and IT, as part of probably one of the top teams in the UK.

You will be confident running your own caseload as well as supervising and assisting others in the team across the firm's various offices. Ideally the successful candidate will already have perhaps at least a year or two of existing strong experience in both areas ie IP work and IT law, but they can consider a candidate who to date has only tended to focus in one of these two areas as long as their experience is strong and relevant, gained from a strong regional or London firm. Any experience of contentious IP work and/or an interest in Technology Law matters will be of particular interest.

There is an excellent base salary and wider bonus and benefits package on offer.
