Working for a lovely law firm in Reading, this company is looking for a polished and well presented FOH receptionist working 8am to 5pm.

The role will demand an experienced professional with strong client focus who will be responsible for all client areas within the building as well as the total care of clients in person and on the telephone.

Responsibility for client areas will include meticulous attention to detail, meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments (including ordering/laying-out of lunches), clearing rooms, and conducting quality checks.  Light kitchen duties will also be necessary.

This role will include other office administration duties including  photocopying, stationery orders, , monitoring and reporting maintenance along with data entry. 

The successful candidate will be confident, smart, and efficient, demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and be able to use their initiative as well as the ability to work within a team.  Flexibility in the job and working hours will be expected.  Applicants must be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of Outlook and Word.
