US Attorney- London- Financial Services - 6 month contract
US Attorney required for a 6 month contract with a Top Tier bank in Central London. You will be responisble for helping to ensure the compliance under the banks obligations in regards to the FX DPA.
Working closely with the Department of Justice (DOJ) you will be required to draft compliance documents in regards to the banks remediation and compliance process. Due to the nature of this project you will provide FX DPA specific legal advice to banks senior management and compliance programme offering Legal support along the way.
As this role is working closely with the Department of Justince (DOJ) it will suit a US Qualified Attorney who has had exposure to workng with goverment investigations. A strong Litigation background will also be adventageous.
