Corporate PSL Opportunities

Would you like to join a growing business, retain your Corporate specialism and have a genuine work-life balance? Our client currently has a number of opportunites both permanent and contract. These roles would suit experienced Corporate lawyers who are confident to share knowledge and answer queries on the practice of Corporate law. One role also requires experience in Equity Capital Markets law. All roles can be full or part-time with some home working.

THE ROLES

This is an opportunity to join a collegiate team and contribute to a wide range of activities including writing and commissioning relevant know-how content, staying abreast of current market legal practice, answering technical queries and supporting business development initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

As an expert in your field, you will need to demonstrate significant Corporate experience, likely to have been gained in a top tier law firm. One role requires experience in Equity Capital Markets transactions, but candidates with some exposure (as a fee earner or PSL) are also of interest.
