If you are looking for the next step in your career, an outstanding opportunity has just arisen for an experienced RTA Fee Earner, focusing on non-portal work in Newcastle.
The department is renowned for its personal injury work and providing services of the highest standard. You will be working alongside senior Personal Injury solicitors, handling a caseload of your own consisting of non-portal RTA claims. Your new RTA Fee Earner role will see you working as part of a growing team, in a friendly, dynamic and forward thinking environment, dealing with work of the highest quality.
Experience as an RTA claims handler is essential, preferably handling a volume litigation caseload. In this role you will be expected to handle a high volume fast-track caseload. You must also be comfortable with all stages of the fast track litigation process and possess sound knowledge of the MOJ Portal. This position is open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, and paralegals.
