Residential Property Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to advance their career alongside a supportive and driven team of professionals.

Our client is a respectable regional-based law firm, who are seeking a permanent member of staff for their Residential Property Department.

Candidates will have practical residential conveyancing experience in handling a varied caseload of matters including:

• Transfer of Property
• Freeholds/Leaseholds
• Transfer of Equity
• New Builds
• Mortgages
• Shared Ownership
• Right to Buy

A strong residential property background is essential and candidates must be able to handle their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and client facing skills and be comfortable with working in an autonomous manner and as part of the wider property team.
