Joining a thriving and CQS accredited team located in Ely, the successful lawyer will utilise their expertise in this field to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
Responsibilities
• Property development
• Leases
• Sales and purchases
• Finance and secured lending
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Drafting contracts
The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from chartered legal executives and solicitors with between 3-7 years’ PQE
• Possess technical expertise in all commercial property matters
• Methodical and commercial approach
• Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
• Strives for high standards in their work at all times
