£22k to £35k depending upon experience

I've worked with this nationally recognised, high profile firm for some time and recruited several conveyancers to their office in Leicester, all of which are delighted with their role!

I'm pleased to be working with them again to recruit a number of conveyancers as their business continues to develop.

Based in modern, well equipped offices in a convenient location for commuter links, and with on site parking, this opportunity would suit conveyancers with experience in residential conveyancing, gained in a busy environment.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

-Running a caseload of Residential Property work

-Handling cases of sale and purchase work across freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership files

-Handling between 80-100 files

-Working with administrative/secretarial support to complete residential property file associated tasks

-Having the opportunity to earn a bonus of upto £4000 on top of your salary
