Commercial Lawyer (Surrey)

Financial services organisation requires a commercial lawyer to join their team based in Surrey.

You will draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including distribution agreements and supply agreements and also advise on a wide range of matters including data privacy. This is a broad in-house role to support the business, so you will be expected to advise on all commercial issues affecting the business.

Ideally, you will have experience working in-house, however strong private practice commercial lawyers are also encouraged to apply. Experience in the financial services sector would be advantageous, but it's not essential.

You will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
