Acting for lenders and borrowers, the team handles a varied caseload of finance work including corporate funding and acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance and funds finance, as well as project finance.
This opportunity would suit a NQ Solicitor with substantial banking experience during traineeship, or an experienced Solicitor/Associate who has been previously situated at a leading national firm or institution.
