Our client is a major ICT entity. 

They are now seeking to appoint a management level post to lead, manage and monitor activities related to regulation and competition, in addition to the design, development and implementation of policy in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

The incumbent will lead the affairs of the company Competition, Tariff and Costing, Licensing and Compliance and Market Data Study sections to address their operational needs and requirements. 

The position will be based full-time in Qatar, manage 5 direct reports, reporting in turn to the company president. 


Experience and qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree from a reputable university in Business Management / Economics / Engineering or related field is required
  • Post Graduate from an accredited institution is preferred 
  • A minimum of 15 years relevant work experience with at least of 5 years in a managerial position, preferably for a regulatory entity
  • Strong ICT regulatory background
