Private Client Associate
A superb opportunity has arisen within the private client team of a highly ranked City practice.
The team advises high net worth and ultra high net worth clients on a broad range of matter including:
*Business succession planning;
*Tax efficient structuring for investment and trading activities;
*Shareholders' agreements and shareholder disputes;
*Regulatory and compliance issues for family offices;
*Preventing and resolving family disputes;
*Confidentiality issues, including online risks;
*Service and administration agreements;
*Personal, trust and corporate tax advice;
*Residence and domicile, pre-immigration tax and wealth planning and emigration planning;
*International asset holding structures for personal and business assets, including art, private jets and yachts;
*Advising on HMRC and tax litigation; and
*Philanthropy and charitable giving.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Private Client Associate to develop their career in a highly regarded team, whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of private client work. The firm invests heavily in the development and training available to its associates.
Suitable individuals will be English qualified with at least 12 months' post qualified experience in private client and/or tax from a peer / leading firm and a strong academic background.
