Structured Finance / CLO Lawyer

Our client is a global law firm whose London finance team comprises of more than 20 lawyers and other professionals who are active across both the US and European markets.

With a focus on sophisticated and efficient deal structuring and execution, the finance department advises clients across the full spectrum of corporate finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, structured finance and securitization matters.

The structured finance sub-team advises on loan funds, loan warehouse and term facilities, CLO platform formation and risk retention capital formation and is now looking for an excellent mid-level associate to focus primarily on CLOs.

The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years' post-qualification experience (and training from a peer private practice firm) playing an important client-facing role on a range of transactions and possess outstanding technical and interpersonal skills. This role will be well-suited to a motivated candidate who is keen to build relationships and develop business.
