A leading global FMCG is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team in London for a full-time, permanent role.
Responsibilities of your new role
Reporting into the General Counsel, this is a highly visible and varied role. Your responsibilities as Legal Counsel will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, distribution agreements and sales agreements
- Working closely with and advising the Marketing and Events teams
- Advising on Intellectual Property matters
Candidate requirements
The business seeks an In-House Counsel who demonstrates:
- 2-5 years of PQE as a commercial lawyer
- Experience working in a highly regarded firm or in-house organisation
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
