Description
The legal work to be undertaken for the role to be based in Sheffield will include
1 Reviewing contracts
2 Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for large international projects
3 Contract interpretation and disputes support
4 Proactive management and mitigation of risk
5 Managing external solicitors
6 Travel both in the UK and internationally
Profile
Candidates who are looking to join a good legal team based in Sheffield in 2019 should apply. Junior/ mid level solicitors from a wide variety of legal backgrounds should apply. Candidates from a Commercial, Corporate, Projects, Construction or Litigation background may be suitable for this role.
