Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you play a key role within the department. You will handle a broad range of corporate work that will largely be focused on M&A.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at Legal Director or Partner level. You should have good client care and business development skills and be looking for a genuine career opportunity where you can take your career forward to the next level.

What you'll get in return

This is a rare senior corporate solicitor role where you will work closely with a broad range of clients that are largely SME and OMB in focus. The firm is progressive, has a clear direction and can offer you something that is substantially different. Whilst a following is not essential, if you do have clients that will move with you, this will influence the financial package on offer. Agile, flexible and home working is available.
