Your new role
You will be joining the business at an exciting time as they are actively recruiting for a number of claims handlers to join the team across the business. You will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders and deal with a wide range of queries and claims.

Maintaining a high level of service delivery, you will be set key performance indicators and service level agreements. Excellent communication skills here are key as well as a positive and can do attitude and an enjoyment in working in a fast paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience gained from an insurance or legal background with claims handling. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service capabilities as well as be able to show very good communication skills.
