Residential Conveyancer
Altrincham - South Manchester
£18,000 - £25,000
I am currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer on behalf of my client who are seeking an individual to join the team to help support the Conveyancing Team Leader and work on a mixed caseload of Conveyancing files to include Sales, Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold.
You will be working with clients over the phone and on a face-to-face basis and ensuring you are providing the highest level of service to follow in line with the firm's standards.
You will also be deputise and manage the team in the Team Managers absence so this is a fantastic opportunity to gain some supervisory experience!
The ideal candidate for this role should carry with them 2 years' experience in handling their own caseload of all elements of Residential Conveyancing transactions. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to manage your time well and have a desire to work well within a close-knit team.
