An established National Conveyancing firm are currently recruiting for Remortgage Conveyancers in Manchester.

The Firm:

* Our client is a National provider of conveyancing services.
* Offering unrivalled progression and development opportunities.

The Role:

* Working within a volume remortgage conveyancing department
* Manage a portfolio of remortgage cases from inception to completion
* Working to deadlines and aiming to achieve high levels of customer service excellence
* Proactively chase third parties, including lenders and brokers, for signed documents
* Deal with Transfers of Equity, Deeds of Postponement and complex Leasehold matters

The Candidate:

* Experienced remortgage fee earners will be considered
* 3+ years' experience managing a large caseload
* In depth technical remortgage knowledge.
* Excellent problem-solving skills
