Well-regarded private practice law firm in Guernsey is seeking to recruit a Private Client (Wills Trusts Probate) lawyer of 1 or more years’ PQE. The team is well regarded and a significant proportion of their clients are high net worth individuals. The role will involve covering a broad spectrum of Private Client work such as: • drafting Wills • Estates planning and administration • Deed of Variations • IHT (Inheritance Tax) • Trusts • Enduring Powers of Attorney.

You will currently specialise in Private Client law and our client is keen to consider candidates from either London or the regions. Applications are also welcome from suitable candidates already working offshore.
