Planning lawyer NQ – 2 year’s PQE LONDON

Large commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit a Planning lawyer of between 0 and 2 years’ PQE. The firm has strong national planning practice and the Planning team handles a broad spectrum of planning matters in the residential, commercial, infrastructure, environmental and waste sectors, as well as contentious work in Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings. Clients include commercial developers in the energy, residential, transport, waste, manufacturing and retail sectors as well as many local authorities. The range of work is diverse - whether it is offshore wind farms located 40 kilometres out to sea and other energy projects, major residential schemes including garden villages and regeneration, new rail and road projects, airport developments, waste and mineral projects; our client is instructed on all of these types of matter. Indeed, the team has seen a significant increase in recent times in the work they undertake for major infrastructure providers.

If you are already qualified, then previous experience in Planning matters is required. If you are newly-qualified then ideally you will have undertaken a seat in Planning law.
