Commercial In House Lawyer

Working in partnership with a major international automotive company, and providing real time data to an ever growing list of data users, our fast growing Tech client has developed genuinely innovative and exciting new uses for connected car data. 

Role:
To support the existing General Counsel with both business as usual and project work, a new requirement has arisen for a Commercial In-house Lawyer to join the company at its headquarters in leafy Cheshire. 

Due to the start-up nature of the company, the role of Commercial In-house Lawyer will be exciting and challenging in equal measure.  You will work on contract negotiations with data users / customers, provide day to day advice to senior stakeholders and the commercial teams, work on new and innovative products and services, and have exposure to legal and commercial work in both the UK and abroad.

Key to your success in this role will be attitude, drive and an open mind.  Our client is looking for the Commercial In-house Lawyer to be down to earth, pragmatic and commercial, with a willingness to embrace and adapt to change. You will be working on a varied general in-house commercial caseload.
