Employment PARTNER LINCOLN
Commercial law firm in Lincoln is looking to recruit an Employment Partner who can play a pivotal role in developing the firm’s Employment law offering within the Lincolnshire region, continuing to build upon the existing client base and further develop the team to support the firm’s strategic growth plans. The successful candidate will be a strong technical expert with extensive experience across a broad range of day to day employment issues such as contracts, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management and settlement agreements. Advocacy experience is essential and supporting clients throughout the full employment tribunal process will be a key requirement. Candidates are therefore required to be experienced in managing claims from initial enquiry through to hearing, along with having the ability to develop effective case strategies.
Core people management skills are also required, with the role providing an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to build, engage and further develop a high performing team working towards clearly defined goals. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting the team’s growth through networking and other business development opportunities.
The role is most likely to suit a current Employment Law Partner or Senior Associate ready for progression. We are especially interested to hear from well-rounded candidates who feel that they bring the required technical knowledge and experience alongside excellent communication skills, strong leadership ability, and the drive and capability to realise growth for the firm.
