Lincolnshire law firm, well-regarded for the work it does within Private Client law is seeking to recruit two Private Client lawyers (one of 0 to 2 years PQE and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE). If you are already qualified you will have experience of dealing with high value complex Private Client and both new recruits will undertake the following:
• Tax and Trust matters • Preparation of Wills, primarily those utilising trusts to assist with more complex family situations • IHT/CGT Planning • Trust administration
From time to time, you may also be asked to deal with the following:
• Preparation of Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs • Court of Protection practice • Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates.
Not only will the successful candidate have responsibility for a full caseload but they will also contribute to business development activity across the region, identifying opportunities to attract new business to the department.
