Construction (non-contentious) lawyer 2+ years’ PQE LEEDS

This commercial law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a non-contentious Construction lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the growing Construction Team at this law firm. You will need to be experienced in negotiation and advice on construction contracts and appointments and all related documentation including complex development agreements.

Ability to deal with Construction Litigation would be a bonus, but the priority is to recruit someone with non-contentious Construction skills. Good “client facing” skills will be vital, together with a capacity to work autonomously and flexibly.  The ability to work in harmony with others as part of a team and to contribute to an informal but focused hard-working ethos will also be important.

The ideal candidate would have the potential, with appropriate support, to market the firm and should be comfortable getting involved in business development and opportunities to cross- sell other specialisations within the firm. The successful candidate will have excellent prospects for career development in this rapidly expanding team.
