A highly reputable firm with an outstanding reputation across Yorkshire is seeking a Conveyancer to join their Residential Property and Conveyancing team in Huddersfield. This is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £30,000 per year.

Responsibilities of your new role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Handle a greatly varied case-load of Residential Property matters
• Deal with the whole conveyancing process from inception right through to completion
• Act for a range of clients, offering them a high-quality service that maintains the reputation of the firm

Candidate requirements

This position lends itself to a Licensed Conveyancer who demonstrates:

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work comfortably and productively within a team
• Consistently looks to perform to the best of their ability
