An established top 200 UK law firm with a long-standing reputation for undertaking high quality litigation work are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join them in Milton Keynes for a full-time, permanent role.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your core duties in this Property Litigation role will include:
- Acting for many social landlords across the Midlands
- Advising issues of housing management, tenancy enforcement and housing related anti-social behaviour
- Producing court documents
- Negotiating with other parties and advocacy
Candidate requirements
To be considered for this Property Litigator role you should demonstrate:
- 2+ years of PQE
- A background in Property with Dispute Resolution / Litigation experience
- Experience at an established firm, ideally within Housing Management
Salary and benefits
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be offered:
