Residential Conveyancer - Cardiff

Full time and part time hours available!!

This is a great opportunity for an experience property paralegal / trainee conveyancer / property lawyer or conveyancing solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will manage and progress a caseload of residential property files with a full support network in place to provide administrative assistance.

The size and complexity of the caseload will depend on your level of experience. However, ongoing training and support will be provided to ensure you are continuing to develop.

REQUIREMENTS
* You must have previous experience handling a caseload of residential property files
* Experience to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* You will be a conveyancer or a conveyancing assistant / paralegal, keen to develop upon your existing experience within a vibrant and collaborative environment
* You will have excellent communication skills, be well-spoken, personable and be able to get on with diverse personalities.
