LAW Absolute have partnered with a multinational hospitality company who are seeking a Commercial Paralegal that is fluent in French and English for a maternity cover.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating service agreements and NDA’s
- Company administration
- Compliance activities, including KYC procedure
- Insurance claims associated administration
The Candidate
- Significant Commercial Paralegal experience
- Fluent in English and French (business/negotiating level)
- Experience working under French/Belgium Law
