Corporate Commercial Solicitor - This is an excellent opportunity for a forward thinking solicitor looking to take the next step in their career and join a top tier Southern legal practice.
Our clients, with a history dating back over 150 years are now looking to appoint a further corporate solicitor with 2+ years relevant experience and good all-round knowledge of corporate & commercial law to their expanding team.
Working as part of a highly knowledgeable team you will be acting for new business start-ups, SMEs as well as large national and international organisations and FTSE 100 companies. You will be delivering sound advice on mergers, acquisitions & joint ventures, company restructures, corporate finance, E-Commerce, insolvency, IT agreements, shareholder agreements and IP matters. You will also be required to assist with the marketing and further developed of the department.
