Due to our client’s continued success, they are expanding and seeking a solicitor to join their growing commercial team in Wiltshire.

The team covers a range of commercial property, business and agricultural matters and the successful solicitor will manage a complex caseload including some high value, large scale matters as they progress within the role. Types of work within the team include:

Responsibilities

  • Sales and purchase of commercial premises
  • Lease granting and negotiations
  • Business sales and purchases and general business advice
  • Agricultural matters
  • Landlord and tenant issues

The Candidate

  • Applications are encouraged from NQ solicitors and above
  • The successful individual must have a desire to forge a career in commercial property, commercial law or agricultural law, but does not need experience in all areas
  • Demonstrate excellent client care skills and communication
  • Have an excellent work ethic and meet tight deadlines
