Recruitment Resourcer

Akton Recruitment is one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment consultancies. Specialising in a number of industries we are going through a period of unprecedented growth. Due to this we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our thriving in-house team.

The role entails proactively sourcing, and attracting candidates for a variety of high-profile vacancies within the Legal Sector. Working in a fast-paced environment, the position would suit a confident individual with strong communication skills. The role is all about building relationships in order to achieve results.

The role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30pm.

Responsibilities.

• Supporting the Recruitment Consultant to establish recruitment requirements
• Liaising with the consultant to understand specific job needs, gaining knowledge of each vacancy and the specifications.
• Agreeing advertising methods, creating attractive and professional adverts for each vacancy
• Proactively contacting interested candidates via the appropriate means (Telephone, Linkedin, Job Boards, Email) sharing accurate knowledge of the service and job vacancy, promoting the company and its benefits
• Working to targets, sourcing additional candidates for specialist or 'hard to fill' vacancies using CV search, specialist job boards and/or social media

The following skills are required:

• Degree Qualified in Law (Preferable) or Business Management or Economics
• Results driven and able to manage a challenging workload whilst juggling priorities
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Able to build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Naturally proactive with a desire to achieve results
