Your new role
Based in London, you will play a key role in the technology team and be fundamental in helping grow and develop the technology, media and telecoms (TMT) group, on both a national and international scale. In terms of key duties, you'll advise on a full range of complex technology transactions including software licensing contracts, outsourcing and hosting deals. You'll also help Partners on corporate deals when required and manage some stand-alone advisory work, which might include financial services outsourcing, cyber-security or telecoms regulations although this list is not exhaustive.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified lawyer with between 2 to 6 years post qualification experience, although candidates with more or less experience will also be considered. You must have a good grounding in commercial law and relevant regulations and have experience advising clients in the financial services, telecoms or data sectors. It is essential you possess strong client services skills and have demonstrable ambition and enthusiasm for continuing to build a successful technology team.
