Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

Are you an experienced Real Estate Lawyer or an established Local Authority Commercial Property Lawyer looking for your next opportunity? This new locum role may be the move you are looking for.

This council legal team in the North West is looking to recruit a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer on an on-going basis, to assist them whilst they embark on their own permanent recruitment drive.

Working as part of the Legal Services Unit you will be responsible for advising on all aspects of commercial property law including acquisitions, disposals and redevelopments.

Your caseload will be high profile and high value and will require you to undertake complex real estate work for a number of different sectors.

It is important that you have:

• A qualification as a Solicitor or FILEX
• Have proven PQE in transactional commercial property matters
• Have an through knowledge of property/real estate law
• Are capable of building strong relationships with different departments within an organisation
• Enjoy project type work

The role is due to start asap and is expected to run for 3 months. An hourly rate of £30 - £40 per hour is offered for this post. (Inside IR35)
