An innovate fintech and performance marketing organisation. Founded nearly 20 years ago, the offices in Central London host over 70 people and has ambitious plans to expand. This organisation has won numerous awards and processes over 2 billion transactions annually.

Your new role

A sole legal counsel position on an interim basis for initially ten months with the possibility of becoming permanent. You will draft, review and negotiate contracts for a wide range of customer and partner agreements across the UK and EMEA region. You will also support on corporate governance and compliance matters.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified lawyer ideally with 2-4 PQE (as a guide only). You will be accustomed to building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels, proactively adding commercial value as an integrated business advisor.
