OUR CLIENT
We are looking to recruit an ambitious and highly motivated commercial lawyer c 2 - 4 PQE to join an in house legal team
THE ROLE
As a member of an established and high profile business facing legal function, the post holder will
be expected to handle a broad workload to include :
Preparation and drafting of commercial contracts/distribution/outsourcing agreements.
Financial services work
Non contentious insurance work
As part of a well structured and supportive team, there are excellent long term career opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE
As a key member of the team, you will be expected to play a proactive role willing to take ownership of a diverse commercial workload.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate sound technical skills, good commercial acumen, with previous experience from a leading law firm or similar.
