Unwavering in their historic commitment to their staff and their careers, they are looking to attract a Learning and Development specialist into joining their 500 strong outfit in state of the art City headquarters.
The ideal Learning and Development Advisor will be someone who has been working in L&D in legal or professional services, someone who can offer some experience delivering or co-delivering skills training, and someone who would relish the opportunity to develop a senior role supporting the continual review, development and relevance of programmes, providing key personal input, and providing advice and suggestions to the Learning and Development Managers.
The role also involves assisting with the organisation of development centres, and playing a role in managing and supporting the development of the more junior members of the team.
