Clinical Negligence Associate

An award-winning North Yorkshire firm has instructed us on an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Associate to become part of their friendly team. Our Legal 500 client is a specialised personal injury firm dedicated to providing excellent client service whilst maintaining a good work life balance.

The firm is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who can hit the ground running with a complex and varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence work including brain and spinal injury, cosmetic surgery, misdiagnoses, GP and care home negligence and will incorporate both pre and post litigation work.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality service to a range of clients on a daily basis with compassion and understanding and will be their key point of contact and support.

There will be an opportunity to share your experience and knowledge by managing a small team of more junior solicitors, therefore experience of supervising/managing a team is required. As part of a busy and expanding firm you will continually work to further their reputation in the area and contribute to internal processes, business objectives, profitability & brand.

You should be a confident litigator who is willing to go above and beyond for your clients with excellent negotiation and communications skills.

Our client is ideally looking for someone who is highly experienced in clinical negligence with 8+ years PQE, however candidates who fall outside of this bracket but possess the correct skills and passion to succeed in this role are encouraged to apply.
