Legal 500 firm in Norfolk seeks an NQ Risk and Compliance Solicitor on a permanent basis.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NQ Risk and Compliance Solicitor to join our client’s highly regarded firm in Norwich who are renowned for providing a supportive work environment. The successful applicant will advise the firm’s staff across the business on the management of risk under supervision, whilst ensuring best practice at all times.
Responsibilities
• Annual renewal of policies
• SRA compliance
• Producing reports including management review reports
• Responding to regulatory and risk queries and claims
• Handling complaints
• Contract related matters
• Advising on coverage issues
• Delegating work as appropriate
• Advising on anti-money laundering
• Providing input into new business initiatives
• Liaising with brokers, insurers and various other professionals
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from newly qualified solicitors with up to two years’ PQE
• Experience in risk and compliance is essential for this role
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
• A passion for business development initiatives
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Seek to develop and progress within a reputable department
