Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Our client is a prominent, full-service practice that have a requirement for a Residential Property Lawyer or Legal Executive to join and help to develop a Residential Property Department in Stevenage. This role carries very good prospects for career development, along with a competitive salary and bonus package.

Reporting directly to the HOD, this role would suit a Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC with upwards of 1 years post qualified experience from an established practice. The work will include all aspects of residential conveyancing from first time buyers through to high net worth individuals.

This is a key appointment to the firm and as such you will be actively involved in helping to shape the firm and it's Conveyancing offering. My client has a long history in the south east market of dealing with residential conveyancing and I am looking to speak to a motivated individual to become part of a very busy and friendly department with high-quality work. Applications are invited from technically strong and licensed Residential Property Conveyancers/Property Solicitors looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience.

Key criteria:
- Solicitor or Legal Executive (flexible on PQE level)
- Experience of managing high caseload from file opening through to completion
- Excellent file management and drafting skills are essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
