A Top 200 Law firm with an outstanding reputation across the South West are looking to add a Paralegal to their top tier ranked Family law team in Newton Abbott. This is a full-time role offered on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of your new role
Joining a leading team of 2 partners, 2 lawyers and a trainee solicitor – the team itself is part of the larger private client team of 35 lawyers – the successful Paralegal will undertake a challenging range of family law work including:
- Pre and post nuptial agreements
- Advising on the legal and financial implications of marriage
- Separation, divorce and civil partnership dissolution
- Children law
Candidate requirements
The firm is looking for a Paralegal who demonstrates:
- Strong academics
- Evidence of appropriate Family law experience
- Experience gained at a firm with a first-class reputation for work in this field
Salary
The successful Paralegal will be offered £16,000 - £22,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
