We are looking for a 2 to 4 years PQE Solicitor with succession and tax knowledge in the administration of estates, drafting of wills, continuing and demonstrable interest in all the stated areas of law is essential.
A willingness and enthusiasm to get involved in business development initiatives is essential and strong academics are a pre-requisite.
The role will involve acting for private clients in the administration of estates, drafting wills, tax planning and preparing /advising on trusts.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and develop their career as a private client solicitor and must have solid experience gained at a firm with a strong succession and tax offering.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with all members of the team and will therefore be exposed to a variety of work types and projects to ensure that he/she receives as much experience as possible.
It is essential that the successful candidate is highly motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team as well as having the confidence to work under their own initiative. Candidates should be confident in terms of presentation skills and client contact.
The successful candidate will be expected to play a full role in the department’s business development strategy and programme of events and will be given a high level of responsibility for managing their own time and developing their network of industry contacts.
