Corporate/ Commercial solicitor- Greater Manchester

The Role:

· Corporate/ commercial solicitor to join a forward thinking, award-winning firm in Greater Manchester
· Working closely with a Partner
· Picking up a varied corporate/ commercial caseload consisting of: share sales & purchases,business & asset sales & purchases, sale & purchase of insolvent businesses, company re-organisations, company secretarial services, partnership agreements, t & c's, company mortgages & debentures, confidentiality agreements, personal guarantees, t & c's for the supply of goods and services.
