Contracts and Procurement Solicitor
A Kent-based local authority is looking to take on a Contracts and Procurement Solicitor on an initial 6-month basis with the view to extend subject to the review of work.
- The role will involve the successful candidate dealing with a broad range of commercial and construction contracts, including but not limited to:
- NEC/JCT contracts
- Draft, negotiate and provide advice in relation to EU Procurement matters, goods and services and social care contracts
The council are seeking candidates who can meet the demands of a large varied caseload amongst the following:
- Experienced in handling contracts matters
- Background in local government
- 3+ years qualified Solicitor
The Council can offer flexible and home working and a high hourly rate.
